About the Role
This role will support the C Suite’s activities including recruitment processes and administrative tasks, working closely with the CEO, CTO and Chief AI Officer. The position offers an opportunity to support a variety of company operations and interface with a number of different company stakeholders including potential employees, scientists, AI engineers, business people, leading academics and customers.
Support our recruitment process and candidate sourcing.
Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Assist with the management of project timelines, deliverables, and resources, including coordination between different teams and external partners.
Manage logistics for the team, including organising meetings, conferences, and other events.
Oversee administrative tasks, including document management, procurement of supplies, and maintaining operational records.
Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Participate in strategic planning and execution to support business growth and scalability.
Handle financial administrative tasks such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reports.
Provide analytical support by collecting, analysing, and summarising data for reports.
Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to foster strong working relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Confident in debating ideas and comfortable with a non-hierarchical culture.
Very high proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Suite) and ability to learn new software tools quickly.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Enthusiasm for innovation and a passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in a startup or technology-driven environment.
