SELEX Optimisation

Suitable if you already have an in-house wet-laboratory SELEX process. Provide us with initial data from your SELEX experiments and our AI will generate new and optimised aptamer library designs you can use in your SELEX campaigns to find better binders and reduce time by >50%

Aptamer Design

Suitable if you don't have an in-house SELEX process. Provide us with details about your target of interest and our AI will generate a shortlist of new and optimised aptamer sequences to bind to that target. We can optimise for binding, specificity, conformational folding and other application relevant characteristics.
